An Interview of my life and career by Rhys Taylor for the 2023 Winter edition of the Financial Remedies Journal

I was delighted to be asked to give an interview on my life and career for the Financial Remedies Journal, the main magazine for family lawyers working in financial cases in England and Wales. I was interviewed by Rhys Taylor, a leading family law barrister as well as a good friend.

I was particularly pleased with the last paragraph which really endorses so much of how I feel about my career opportunities.

Most of all, the career has been the most phenomenal opportunity.  One I could never have expected in my initial days in my training contract in Southampton. I hope I have given back as I have received; to my clients, for my colleagues, for the profession and for justice systems here and abroad. Being a Family lawyer is a marvellous opportunity to make a real difference, a major benefit, to those at the lowest relationship point of their lives. What a privilege in life.
